In our boutique we measure the surface composition of gold and silver with an XRF analyser.

You do not have to sell the item.
What the test shows
- Which metals the surface of the item is made of and the share of each metal in percent.
- The gold or silver fineness, i.e. how much pure metal the alloy contains (e.g. 585, 750 or 925).
- Whether the measured result matches the hallmark on the item.

Does the test damage the item?
No. The item is not cut, scratched or tested with acid.
How long does the test take?
The measurement takes about a minute.
