TYPES OF ITEMS

What we value

  • Rings and earrings
  • Chains, bracelets and pendants
  • Branded jewellery and jewellery with stones

What is taken into account in the valuation?

  • Metal, fineness, brand and craftsmanship of the piece.
  • Properties of the stones and any certificates; a photo does not confirm the type of stone or its authenticity.
  • Condition, repairs, set and value as wearable jewellery.

Which photos and details should I add?

Describe the material and gemstones. Add a photo of the hallmark and mention any box or certificate you have.

Describe the metal or fineness, the brand and any known stones. Mention whether there is a certificate and any damage; cover personal data on documents.

You don't need to know everything. Leave an optional field empty or choose “Don't know”. Photos are recommended, but you can continue without them.

Ordinary phone photos are fine. Please do not include personal data in the photos.

Preliminary valuation and final offer

Based on your description and photos, we give a preliminary valuation. It is not binding. We make the final offer once we have examined the item. The request does not oblige you to sell.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Does the value of jewellery depend only on weight?

No. Brand, design, stones, craftsmanship and condition can add value beyond the metal. This has to be assessed by the properties of the piece.

Do I need to know what stone is in the jewellery?

No. Choose “Don't know” and add a close-up photo. The type, treatment or authenticity of a stone cannot be confirmed from a photo.

Can I use the form for broken jewellery?

Yes. Describe the broken link, missing stone or other fault. Do not repair or remove parts just for the request.
