Which photos and details should I add?
Add the exact model, what is included and any known faults. Photograph the device switched on. Do not add screenshots containing personal data.

You don't need to know everything. Leave an optional field empty or choose “Don't know”. Photos are recommended, but you can continue without them.
Ordinary phone photos are fine. Please do not include personal data in the photos.

Based on your description and photos, we give a preliminary valuation. It is not binding. We make the final offer once we have examined the item. The request does not oblige you to sell.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter the device password?
No. Do not add the password to the form or to a photo. The form does not need access to your device or accounts.
Can I describe a faulty device?
Yes. Mention what works and what does not, and add visible damage. Internal faults cannot be ruled out from a photo.
Should the device be switched on for the photo?
For a working device, a view with the screen on can help if personal content is hidden. Do not switch on a damaged device or one with a battery problem just for a photo; describe the problem instead.
